IRovers has the best western Breakfast either that or Cheap Charlie’s . I have yet to get them to not put any Sugar in the tea . They put a lot of sugar in their food in the Restaurants. I assumed you were going to eat Western food but not Sushi or Greek. I have to try that next time. When I eat western food I never go higher than 500 baht. Most of the time it’s 200 baht. When I am on Vacation I am probably not eating healthy but If I lived there I suppose my choices would be different. I also discover the best Thai Restaurants by going where the Thais eat , it’s cheap and better tasting. I usually just point at the pictures on the Menu . I watched your video where you do that. I do the same I love those places. I mix it up western food some meals and Thai other meals as well as the Market.
On average the Thais don't do a good job on western food so there's another reason to avoid it.
I m 250 but eat like a white woman on a diet. Id stick to small meals and salads…hmmm hmmm
