I saw another review on you tube for this place some time ago, became very interested, then read the reviews on trip advisor which weren’t too complimentary about the service etc so ended up side stepping it . Definitely looks nice though .
i love this place has an island feel about it and is 2 minute walk to my fav bar R-Con also 2 mins to made in Thailand
I saw this hotel somewhere else and plan on staying at it the next time I travel to Pattaya. It’s my favorite area to stay and hang out yet it seems so quiet and peaceful in that complex.

As for mosquitoes you can always buy a cheap anti mosquito light that plugs in your room wall socket
Studio room 401 during the low season is 990 baht a day but 30,000 baht per month , so it's cheaper to pay by the day saving yourself 300 baht per month. 🙌 Based on a 30 day month.

Hey Slyman, is it worth checking out the water park? I saw an old video where you showed a brief clip of a water slide. I'm wondering if it would be a fun activity to take a companion (or companions) to during the day.
Thanks for showing this hotel as I've always been curious about it. I like the peaceful and natural aspect of it but I am somewhat concerned that they might cater more to families and others that aren't about the nightlife. It's worth noting that the restaurant right across the street on soi Buakhao named "Jolly's" that you featured on one of your vlogs is quite good! As far as hotels, maybe you can show some hotels near soi 6 or walking street?
I only ever stay at the chaba, lovely quiet place with great pool and fantastic location. I prefer the chaba view rooms with pool view – 890bht per night.

I stay at the Nova Park the Pool Suites are old but big inside of course they need to update the rooms much needed but a nice pool good staff close to everything.Check it out but as you will find needs improvements very much.
Sly can u check out the Nova Park Residences second rd pool rooms that is where I stay.

Nice and green and quiet , contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle that is Pattaya .

As far as I know they don’t advertise on any booking sites, when I stayed there booked on their own web site. Definitely worth it in low season imo.
Good informative vlog I spotted this joint from a restaurant opposite on soi bua khao and it looks like a green oasis.
